Discovery Conversation

Tell us all about the experience you are creating for your guests. We want to know everything! From the vibe and mood of the atmosphere to the functionality and durability you need, we want all the details so we can create the perfect tailored solution for you and your space.

Step 2 / 5

Quote + Approval

With upfront and transparent quoting and timelines, you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting when you work with CFS. If only all relationships were so forthcoming! We want you to feel confident in moving forward, so we give you everything you need to make the best decision for your project. And once it’s approved, we keep up with that straightforward communication throughout the process.

Engineer + Refine

To make sure we’ve perfectly understood your needs and vision, our engineers will transform everything we took from our discovery conversation and create detailed drawings, along with material specs for you to approve before anything goes into production. Need a few tweaks? No problem! We’ll work together to refine every joint, finish, and proportion until it’s perfect.

Step 4 / 5

Prototyping

An optional step, but one we often recommend, is creating a prototype that allows you to experience the furniture in person or through a virtual rendering before we roll out full-scale production. But if we nailed the engineering process and you feel comfortable moving straight into production, we’re happy to do that too.

Build + Deliver

With your stamp of approval, production begins. We manufacture, inspect, and deliver every piece to ensure reliable quality and performance. Your guests are going to love it!
